This module connects all chips with eachother, and runs our own Linux-distribution.
These two state-of-the-art microphones enable Homey to listen to your voice, crisp and clear.
This is the Z-Wave chip. Homey is a certified Z-Wave controller and can control all Z-Wave devices.
This is the 433 MHz antenna.
This is the 868 MHz antenna.
Homey has 6 of these Infrared LEDs to control devices such as TVs and air conditioners.
The NFC antenna is connected here. Using NFC you can touch tags on Homey to activate Flows.
Homey has 4 GB of Flash memory available, of which 1.6 GB is used for userdata such as voices, flows and logs.
The ZigBee chip brings connectivity for all 802.15.4 protocols, and will be activated in the future.
There are many wireless standards, because not every device has the same requirements. A doorlock has to work for a long time on battery, for example, while a security camera generates a lot of data traffic. Homey supports all of them.
